In Response to the Covid-19 Virus

To Our Members:

The management team at Cove Federal Credit Union is monitoring the impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) on an ongoing basis. Our focus is to make sure that we continue to meet the financial needs of our members and to take the necessary precautions to protect the health of both our employees and members. Cove continues to provide the service you have come to expect. 

Cove offers a wide array of digital services that enable our members to conduct business outside of our office that includes: (numerous fee-free ATMs, online banking, online bill-pay, remote deposit capture, debit card, shared branching network, wire transfer, and ACH services). Cove can accept and process loan applications online through our website or over the phone through our call center (859-292-9000). Loan documentation can be completed with our electronic signature capabilities. 

We are diligently keeping our office and work areas clean with proper disinfectants and cleaning agents. Employees have been instructed that if they don’t feel well, they must stay home. If you don’t feel well and have a need to conduct business, we encourage use of our digital services or drive-thru banking. Many services can be performed remotely. Contact our call center with any questions.   

We stand ready to work with those members who are facing financial difficulties as a result of loss of income as well as those experiencing health issues related to COVID-19. Special circumstances require special solutions.

Finally, beware of scammers trying to take advantage of the COVID-19 crisis. Phishing scams related to COVID-19 are on the rise. If you are unsure about a suspicious email, text message or phone call, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
